Fifi was our family’s Nonna (grandmother). From the back streets of Naples she mastered the art of simple but expertly created Italian dishes. From her handmade pasta and sauces, bread making and famous tiramisu we were very lucky as a family to grow up sampling these amazing dishes.
Our Story
We always said that we would one day share these dishes with our customers, so here we are. We spent several months attending the Capriagiani gelato university in Bologna and the top Neapolitan pizza making school in Naples. We are proud to be the only restaurant in Maidstone to bring you this traditional style of Pizza.
